According to CNN, local Sheriff Bodenchek stated, 'Our DUI investigators have arrived on the scene, and Mr. Woods did indeed show signs of impairment.' He added that Woods will face charges including DUI, property damage, and refusal to submit to lawful testing.
Bodenchek said that Woods was cooperative during the investigation but 'did not attempt to incriminate himself.' 'He was quite cautious in his statements, being mindful of what he should and should not say. When it came time to proceed with testing, that is, to conduct a urine test at the detention center, he refused.'
Bodenchek added that Woods took a breathalyzer test, which came back zero, 'but when we requested further urine testing, he refused to cooperate, so he was still charged with drunk driving.'
