The Perak State Assembly today unanimously passed the 2025 Budget, which allocates RM1.52 billion, the highest budget in the state's history.
The Perak Supply Enactement Bill 2025 and the Perak Development Fund Enactment Bill 2025 were debated for two days from Dec 2, involving 45 assemblymen, 19 from the government bloc and 26 from the opposition.
The Budget was tabled by Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad last Friday.
