The Egyptian Ministry of Interior issued a statement saying that the accident was caused by a helium tank explosion in a gift shop on the ground floor of the shopping mall, and the fire has been brought under control.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population also issued a statement on the same day, pointing out that the incident has resulted in 3 deaths, and another 17 injured people have been sent to the hospital for treatment.
