Cao Xiping (“Fourth Brother”) passed away suddenly late at night on the 29th. Police notified Cao Xiping’s older brother and other family members, but as the family expressed reluctance to handle Cao Xiping’s funeral arrangements, the police have initiated judicial inspection procedures.
