SJK(C) Chung Hua Krokop 71st Graduation and Completion Award Ceremony for Sixth Grade

(Miri, 10th) SJK(C) Chung Hua Krokop in Miri held its 71st Graduation and Completion Award Ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic year yesterday. The event, themed "Promise Yourself a Bright Future," saw the participation of 206 graduates, 250 parents, guardians, and enthusiastic individuals.

During the ceremony, the school presented awards such as "Class Officer Award," "Most Promising Male and Female Award," "Tomorrow's Star Male and Female," and "Model Student Male and Female," as well as certificates of appreciation to supportive parents and community members who have contributed to the school.

The Mayor of Miri, Pujut constituency assemblyman, and Secretary of the Chung Hua  Krokop Board, Adam Yii Siew Sang  mentioned in his speech that this graduation ceremony holds significant importance for the sixth-grade students as they have successfully completed six years of primary education and are ready to face more challenging secondary education.

He emphasized that although the six-year primary school life is short, during this time, teachers have dedicated themselves to nurturing students, not only imparting knowledge but also teaching them the principles of life. Mayor Yii urged students to remember the teachings of their alma mater and contribute back to the school when they grow up, helping more students.

In conclusion,  Adam Yii wished the graduates would soar in their future endeavors, striving to achieve their "Promise Yourself a Bright Future" aspirations and create a better tomorrow.
