Trump: To Visit China in April Next Year, Invites Xi Jinping for a Return Visit to the US Later That Year
On the other hand, Trump said he has accepted Xi Jinping’s invitation and plans to visit Beijing in April next year. He also stated that he has invited Xi Jinping to pay a state visit to the US later that same year. Trump revealed this news on social media a few hours after a phone call with Xi Jinping on the 24th local time.
He said he has accepted Xi Jinping’s invitation and will visit China in April, and has invited Xi Jinping to make a state visit to the US later in the same year. He said both sides agreed that keeping close communication is very important and he also looks forward to "having such communications with China."
