Miri District Selection Competition Concludes Successfully: 12 Singers to Represent in National Competition

(Miri, 19th) The second Tomorrow’s Star Entertainment Society National Classic Song Competition Miri District Selection recently concluded successfully, attracting numerous lovers of classic songs to actively participate. The venue was packed with an enthusiastic atmosphere.

The contestants, with exuberant passion and exquisite vocal skills, deeply performed one familiar classic after another. Their beautiful voices drew rounds of applause and cheers, delivering a wonderful musical feast for the audience.

After fierce competition, 6 outstanding singers from each of the male and female groups stood out, totaling 12 representatives who will represent Miri at the National Champion of Champions Classic Song Competition on April 17 next year. They will compete on stage with outstanding singers from all over the country, showcasing the talent and style of Miri singers.

Fang Xiao Sheng, president of Miri Tomorrow’s Star Entertainment Society, said that the reason classic songs can be passed down to this day is not only due to their beautiful melodies, but also because each song carries the memories of an era and people’s emotions.

He said the singing competition is not just a contest, but also a stage for passing on the classics through singing and for music to connect people.

“Singing knows no age, and classics never fade. No matter where you’re from or how old you are, as long as you love music and singing, you can stand on this stage and sing your own story and brilliance.”

He pointed out that this selection competition chose 12 representatives from among the many outstanding participants, including 6 male and 6 female singers, to represent Miri on the national stage.

He is convinced that the 12 representatives will bring with them the enthusiasm and spirit of Miri, showcasing Miri’s style through their singing, and exchange and compete with outstanding singers from across the nation.

Fang Xiao Sheng also stated that while the competition has rankings, music has no winners or losers. There are champions on stage, but being passionate itself is a victory; having the courage to stand on stage is an affirmation of oneself.

He also thanked all the advisors, honored guests, judges, and backstage staff for their hard work and dedication. He hopes that everyone will make friends through music and use music to convey feelings, leaving beautiful memories with classics.
