Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid pointed out that the brainstorming session of the 2025 Enlightened Government Cabinet held on Saturday (February 23) conducted in-depth discussions, was rich in content and carefully evaluated the relevant policies and guidelines to ensure the welfare and livelihood of the people.
In a Facebook post, he said that this brainstorming session spawned many new ideas, reflecting the government's commitment to promote meaningful changes for the people's welfare.
“Every shared viewpoint reflects our concern and commitment to creating a better future.”
“We will fully carry out the Prime Minister's instructions, hoping that the consensus established today can become a catalyst for promoting a better life for all the people nationwide.”
On the other hand, Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Zambry pointed out that the two-day brainstorming session set the tone for unity and cooperation for the new year, enabling Cabinet Ministers to better lead their respective departments.
“We must continuously evaluate and review the effectiveness of the departments' governance, and the brainstorming session is a platform for us to identify areas that need improvement and optimization.”
“In his closing speech at the brainstorming session, the Prime Minister emphasized that the government always maintains an open attitude, willing to accept opinions and criticisms from all sides, so as to better serve the people and the country.”
“This also provides space for various departments and agencies to improve defects, and will further enhance the administrative efficiency of the Enlightened Government.”
