Two people dined at a restaurant in Tokyo Disney Resort and were surprised when, after the staff noticed that each was holding a plush toy, they were told they were not a party of two, but rather four. They were then led to a table for four, and the staff even served water and tableware for the plush toys. This thoughtful service deeply moved them.
A Japanese netizen shared on social media platform X that recently, he and a friend dined at a restaurant within Tokyo Disney Resort. When the two of them, each carrying a plush toy, informed the staff of their party of two, they ended up being seated at a table for four. The staff said, “It seems your reservation numbers don't match what we see, so we have prepared two additional glasses of water,” and then served water and side plates just for the plush toys, to his great surprise.
The original poster also included a photo with the post, showing the two plush toys sitting obediently in their seats. In front of them are water cups, straws, coasters, and wet wipes—the adorable sight melting his heart.
She said that she was really happy that day; whether it was the welcoming staff or the overall atmosphere the restaurant created, it all made her feel truly cute and blessed. She also mentioned that though she often visits Disney Resort, this was her first time experiencing something like this, and marveled that the feeling moved her beyond the simple words of ‘happy’ or ‘blessed’.
Netizens also left comments saying, this is what a real Disney park should be like—so magical.
