In Phichit Province, Thailand, an 11-member family has recently been accused of almost all family members producing and selling pornographic films together, shocking the society.
According to the Facebook page "Tan Bao" on May 10th, the family's eldest child is 21 years old, followed by siblings aged 18, 17, 15, 12, 11, and 10. The eighth and ninth children are 7 and 2 years old respectively. Except for the two youngest children and one 11-year-old child who did not appear in the videos, the rest participated in the filming. The father frequently appeared in the videos wearing a ranger's uniform, raising concerns about the image of public servants.
This means that besides the parents, six children were involved in the adult films.
Charida, the founder of the non-profit organization “Be One,” rushed to the scene upon learning of the incident, hoping to help the minor children out of their predicament. The family members initially denied the accusations, claiming the videos were AI-generated. However, under questioning, the 21-year-old eldest daughter admitted to making adult content but denied the involvement of her younger siblings.
A heated argument ensued, with the eldest daughter retorting, “Don't you (Charida) have a vagina too? If you do, you also sleep with your husband, so what's the problem? I have my vagina, I can use it how I want, who are you to interfere!”
This statement angered Charida, who reprimanded on the spot that even with bodily autonomy, it must be exercised within the framework of the law and should not involve innocent young family members in illegal activities.
Charida pointed out that she and the police have evidence of children actually appearing in the videos.
Currently, the authorities have placed five minor children in a shelter for examination and psychological evaluation. The police will further investigate the family's financial flow and video content and may file charges depending on the circumstances.
The news has caused widespread internet debate, but the 34-year-old mother involved has hit back, threatening to sue those who criticize them.
