Malaysian singer and host Shao Long (SHAO LONG) will hold his very first solo concert, 'Starting from the Heart,' on August 9 (Sunday). Taking on the extreme challenge of organizing his first solo concert in just 30 days, this is not a show to race against time but a challenge set for himself.
While others choose to wait for the right moment, Shao Long chooses to leave himself no way out. He said, instead of always telling himself 'one day,' why not make today the true beginning of his dream. 'The biggest enemy of dreams is not failure, but never having started.' 'Starting from the Heart' is not a concert held to prove success, but a do-or-die attempt in practice.
With only 30 days of preparation, Shao Long personally got involved in music arrangement, original composing, stage concepts, video production, visual design, program flow, and performance production, hoping to turn the stage he has envisioned for so long into reality step by step. He said, 'The biggest pressure in these 30 days isn't time itself, but constantly challenging my own limits. Every morning I wake up knowing there are still many things left unfinished; every night before bed, I remind myself that dreams can't lose out to excuses.'
