(Miri, 26th) The Miri Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Miri Borneo Medical Center (BMC) will jointly organize a public health awareness seminar themed "Causes and Prevention of Falls Among the Elderly" on June 13, 2026 (Saturday). This event aims to raise community awareness about the risks of falls among the elderly and to promote proactive preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
This seminar will be presented by Dr. Zhang Qiqiang, who will give an in-depth yet easy-to-understand explanation on common causes of falls in the elderly, risk factors, and effective preventive strategies, helping citizens and families better protect their elderly loved ones.
