(Bandar Seri Begawan, 20th) The Ministry of Education will collaborate with Datastream Digital Sdn. Bhd. (DST), Progresif Sdn. Bhd. (Progresif), Imagine Sdn. Bhd. (Imagine), and Mach Telecommunications Systems Sdn. Bhd. (MachTel) to launch an SMS service for checking the results of the May/June 2026 Brunei-Cambridge GCE "O" Level and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations.
Parents, guardians, and students who wish to subscribe to this service can register via mobile SMS by simply entering the following text: MOE<space>REGO<space>[Centre Code]<space>[Candidate Number]<space>[Candidate IC Number], and sending it to 8885555 (DST users), 38666 (Progresif users), or 39966 (Imagine users), respectively.
Parents/guardians and students may start subscribing to this service from Thursday, 20th August 2026. No fees are charged for mobile registration.
Exam results will only be sent via SMS to users after approval is obtained from the Examinations Department of the Ministry of Education.
A fee of 3 Brunei dollars will be charged for each result SMS received.
The Ministry of Education hopes to benefit the public through this service, especially parents/guardians, students, and related Ministry personnel.
