After a recent attack in Taipei, Taiwan, a series of copycat threats have emerged. At the site of the incident, an English note planning to kill people also appeared on a nearby pillar, prompting a police investigation.

According to Taiwanese media including Liberty Times and Apple News Network, local police reported that on Thursday night (December 25) around 8:30 p.m., a citizen discovered a handwritten note reading "I will kill more people in the next few days" on a pillar in front of the Eslite Nanxi store entrance, which was already covered with memorial notes. The citizen immediately reported this to officers from Zhongshan First Police Station on duty at Eslite Nanxi. The police promptly reviewed surveillance footage to investigate.

Since the random killing incident on December 19 in Taipei, there have already been over 20 copycat threat cases. After the incident, both Taiwan Railways and Taipei Metro received threatening emails claiming that bombs would be placed in the metro system.
