(Seria, 19th) The Seria Fuzhou Association board of directors and senior advisory council recently held a meeting regarding the transfer of the association's assets into the association's name.
The current president, Huang Linming, informed the senior advisory council that in addition to appointing the experienced Yu Qingzai lawyer, the board has also appointed lawyer Zou Shaoqiang as legal advisor.
The current president analyzed the present asset situation, the benefits of transferring assets into the association's name, and stipulated that the trustees will be the president, the first vice president, and the second vice president of each term.
During the meeting, all members reached a consensus and authorized the current board to handle this matter with full authority, as similar suggestions have been made many times in the past but have yet to be completed.
Now, with lawyer Zou willing to serve the association, which is very much appreciated, there is no need to delay the matter until the next annual general meeting for approval.
The advisory council agreed that the lawyer Zou's office in Seria would fully engage with the relevant authorities to handle the necessary procedures.
On the same day, welfare group leader Fang Qinghui raised how to provide long-term assistance for senior member Xu Ailing, as she is no longer able to live independently and has limited mobility. A one-time donation of several thousand Ringgit is being raised and will be presented to her family during the next visit.
