December Batu Kawa Dr. Sim Kui Hian Basketball Tournament Invites Batu Kawa Residents to Form Teams for Registration

(Kuching, 26th) The Batu Kawa Chinese Association, in collaboration with the Batu Kawa District Sports Association, will host the 2024 Batu Kawa District Datuk Amar Dr. Sim Kui Hian Cup Basketball Tournament on December 7, 2024. The event aims to foster camaraderie among the residents of the various communities in Batu Kawa and promote the sport of basketball.

This basketball tournament features an open category for both male and female residents of the Batu Kawa district. The organizers have also invited basketball teams from Lundu, Siniawan, and Matang to participate and enhance their skills through friendly competition. The tentative venue for the competition is the Batu Kawa Hong Qing He Quarry Multi-purpose Center.

Teams interested in participating can obtain the registration forms from the Batu Kawa Chinese Association Office. The deadline for registration is November 29.

To ensure the smooth running of the 2024 Batu Kawa District Datuk Amar Dr. Sim Kui Hian Cup Basketball Tournament, a competition organizing committee chaired by Wong Chong Yuan has been formed. The members are as follows:
