Lee Teck Yi: The Spirit of Mutual Support Among Clan Members is the Most Precious Strength of Our Association

(Miri, 23rd) Sarawak Miri Lee Clan Association Chairman Lee Teck Yi stated that over the past 25 years, the steady development of the Miri Lee Clan Association has greatly depended upon the long-standing care, guidance, and support from the various affiliated associations.
He emphasized that the spirit of mutual help among clan members is the association's most precious strength, and that in the future, efforts will continue to be made to strengthen connections and exchanges, in order to further unite and pass on the Lee clan's legacy.
Lee Teck Yi made these remarks in his speech at the association’s 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary Dinner—entitled "Miri Lee United in Heart Celebrates Our Silver Jubilee, Together We Strive for Brilliance"—held last night in the 5th floor banquet hall of the Grand Palace Hotel.

He said that everyone is filled with joy this evening, gathered together to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Miri Lee Clan Association and the grand opening of the new association building. On behalf of all committee members and members, he extended the warmest welcome and heartfelt gratitude to the clan relatives who had traveled a long way to attend.
He especially thanked the clan representatives from affiliate associations in Singapore and various parts of Malaysia for attending the celebration despite the distance and effort.
He pointed out that their presence not only greatly honored the event, but also fully demonstrated the Lee clan’s spirit of “blood is thicker than water, and brotherhood lasts forever.”
