According to a briefing released by the Stuttgart police, around 18:00 on that day, an SUV veered off the road into a crowd at an intersection of two roads in Stuttgart. The briefing stated that the incident resulted in 5 people being lightly injured and 3 seriously injured. Among the seriously injured, a 46-year-old woman died in the hospital due to severe injuries. The driver was arrested by the police on the spot, and the 42-year-old man is currently being questioned.
