This measure also attaches an electronic 'safety guide' and emergency contact information for the Japanese Embassy in China, and emphasizes that services will be provided even outside office hours and on holidays.
China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism publicly reminded Chinese citizens on the 14th and 16th respectively to avoid traveling to Japan recently, and urged Chinese citizens already in Japan to pay attention to safety.
