TAP Holds '10-Year Retirement Planning' Project Briefing at the Ministry of Finance

(Bandar Seri Begawan, 9th) The Brunei Employee Trust Fund (TAP), through the Retirement Services Unit, recently held the second '10-Year Retirement Planning' project briefing at the Ministry of Finance and Economy auditorium.

This briefing aims to convey the importance of financial planning in retirement life to TAP members and provide relevant information and services to assist members in systematically and comprehensively devising personal retirement plans.

The briefing attracted many retired civil servants from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Education, fully reflecting the public's high attention to financial knowledge and retirement arrangements.

During the briefing, the Employee Trust Fund (TAP) shared practical retirement planning advice to help attendees understand how to set financial goals and savings strategies according to their circumstances.

The Brunei Central Bank (AMBD) provided an explanation of the increasingly serious issue of financial fraud, reminding the public how to identify suspicious behaviors and enhance personal financial security awareness.

The venue also featured several booths offering free financial health check services and showcased various retirement planning-related products, enabling participants to access practical information, consult on-site, and plan for their future retirement life.

In addition, TAP provides the opportunity for members to register on the e-Amanah platform, facilitating online access to account details and the application of various online services.
