On the 19th, U.S. President Trump revealed that he plans to visit Turkey and expects to visit China again within this year.
Speaking at Andrews Joint Base in Maryland, Trump said: "We will make several trips abroad. We will go to Turkey. Sometime this year, we will go to China again as well."
Trump further stated: "Chairman Xi will come here in September, but we will return to China to attend a major conference being held there."
Just last month, Trump concluded a visit to China and held bilateral talks with Xi Jinping.
Previously, the White House officially announced that Trump had extended an invitation to Xi Jinping to visit the United States on September 24. The Chinese side subsequently confirmed that, at Trump's invitation, Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to the United States this fall.
