(Miri, 27th) The East Malaysia De Jiao Federation held its 2025 Annual General Meeting and 34th (2025/2026) Council Election on July 18, 2025, at the Zixing Pavilion conference room in Miri.
The meeting was attended by representatives from 30 member chapters. The meeting successfully passed the minutes of the 2024 annual meeting, the 2024 activity report, the financial report, and the 2025 budget.
The 33rd Council President, Tai Rongqiang, announced the dissolution of the council at the meeting and stated that due to the busyness of community affairs, he would not seek re-election for the next council. After a smooth election, the chapter master of Miri De Jiao Zi Li Pavilion, Pei Ching Zhan, was elected president of the 34th (2025/2026) East Malaysia De Jiao Federation by popular demand. The deputy presidents are Cai Min Gu and Zeng De Ming.
