8TV’s public welfare program, "Jasmine Love in Action" Season 3, has successfully concluded. On the 10th, 8TV held an appreciation banquet, where hosts Yap Chien Fong, Yip Wei Wei, Chan Kah Yong, Cheng Rui Yao, Qin Wen Bin, and Soo Chin Chuan gathered with program participants, partners, charity organizations, and media representatives. Through video recaps and discussion sessions, they revisited the touching stories and memorable moments from this season.
The third season of "Jasmine Love in Action" consisted of 24 episodes. The six hosts—Yap Chien Fong, Yip Wei Wei, Chan Kah Yong, Cheng Rui Yao, Qin Wen Bin, and Soo Chin Chuan—visited different families, listened to the experiences and needs of the recipients, and presented the realities of various communities through true stories.
This season, through the "Love in Action Charity Fund" established by Media Prima and 8TV, nearly RM200,000 in aid was raised, providing each of the 24 recipient families with RM8,000 to help alleviate their financial burdens.
At the appreciation banquet, the event also presented certificates of appreciation to the charitable organizations that participated in the program, thanking them for their support and contributions during filming and in assisting with the cases. The honored organizations included Malaysian Love & Care Welfare Association, En Hui Home, Tasputra Perkim Care Center, Selangor Special Children Welfare Association (ORKIDS), Kajang Karn Ying Home, Malaysia DAAI Community Crowdfunding Platform, Community Care & Empowerment Program Association (CCEP), and Blisstifood Charity Association.
