According to a report by Israel's Channel 12 TV on the 24th, citing informed sources, the United States has put forward a 15-point agreement to Iran aimed at ending the war, which includes Iran pledging never to develop nuclear weapons and opening the Strait of Hormuz as a free maritime zone.

The report states that the key points of the agreement include the US demanding that Iran pledge never to develop nuclear weapons, not to conduct uranium enrichment activities within Iran, to abandon support for proxies, to open the Strait of Hormuz and ensure it is a free maritime zone, and to limit the number and range of ballistic missiles, among other points.

In response, the US would lift all sanctions against Iran and assist in the development of its civilian nuclear power projects.

On the 24th, US media reported that the United States had passed to Iran a plan containing 15 key points aimed at ending the conflict. On the same day, Israeli media reported that the US intended to impose a one-month ceasefire in order to discuss the plan with Iran. The Israeli side is reportedly concerned that the US is seeking to reach a framework deal with Iran and make significant concessions.

The New York Times, citing informed officials, pointed out that the plan had been passed to the Iranian side via Pakistan. It remains unclear whether Iran will accept and use it as a basis for negotiations, and also whether Israel approves of its content.
