The Malaysian Army Headquarters Public Relations Unit issued a statement saying the joint exercise will continue until July 30, involving areas such as Ipoh, Sungkai, Kuala Kangsar, and Lenggong.
This annual exercise aims to improve joint operational capabilities and strengthen military relations with friendly nations.
'The exercise also aims to raise the alert level of the Malaysian Army in responding to any regional security threats.'
In this regard, the public, especially residents near Ipoh and Kuala Kangsar, are advised not to be alarmed if they see foreign military personnel, vehicle convoys, military equipment movements, and military activities during the exercise period.
