Celebrity Couple Wang Yangming and Cai Shiyun Visit Malaysia for Endorsement and Travel; Savor Local Cuisine

Taiwanese celebrity couple Wang Yangming and Cai Shiyun visited Malaysia to endorse the health products ZENSO and FEMOIRE. On their 10th year of marriage, when asked about the key to their relationship, they laughed and said, “Getting along as a couple is never easy for anyone. We come from different worlds, so in many aspects, mutual understanding and accommodation are needed.”
The couple attended an event on Saturday for the product endorsement and played games with their fans on-site. During the subsequent media interview, Wang Yangming candidly shared that this work trip to Malaysia is the rare occasion where he traveled solely with his wife, so he brought along his father- and mother-in-law, as well as their daughter Katiya, turning the trip into a little family vacation.
Unable to resist delicious food, Wang Yangming enthusiastically listed all the local fare he had tasted this trip, including various Malaysian-style curries, bak kut teh, and chicken rice. He even took his daughter to try durian. “My daughter was more interested in the durian shell—when we opened the durian, she was surprised by the flesh and aroma, but she hasn't actually put the fruit in her mouth yet. I hope next time she’ll muster the courage to take a bite.”

He said, many friends who know his passion for food recommended he visit Penang, so he is planning to make that his next stop for a food adventure—maybe even film an episode of his food show “Old Wang Eats” about Penang. In fact, he briefly visited Penang in 2017 for two days to shoot a cop film with Julian Cheung, and fellow foodie Julian took him out to discover local eats then as well.

Cai Shiyun became close friends last year with Zhang Yuxi, Liu Xin, and Guo Biting due to participating in the female music reality show “Sisters Who Make Waves 2024.” A year later, these four women formed the girl group “Rolling Sisters” and officially debuted. Regarding this, Cai Shiyun said: “We are very serious about this. In addition to our three released songs and MVs, there are more group performances to come. We are not like a typical girl group; we are a group for mature women, and we hope that through our experiences, we can tell everyone that women can pursue their dreams at any age.”
