A jaw-dropping road dispute recently occurred in China. In Kaifeng City, Henan Province, a private car driver, apparently due to a quarrel over passing through a narrow road, lost control of his emotions and repeatedly flung himself, using his own head, to violently ram the front of the other party’s vehicle. This outlandish act terrified bystanders, and a young child inside the other vehicle was also scared into crying loudly.
The incident happened on the 23rd, at the intersection of Yishan Avenue and Hanxing Road in Kaifeng. According to on-site witnesses, the roadway had been narrowed due to construction, requiring vehicles to yield to one another. At that time, a white private car was stopped in the middle of the road, blocking a black minivan behind it. The minivan driver approached to ask the other to move, which quickly escalated into a heated argument.
During the dispute, the driver of the white car suddenly lost emotional control. After taking off his coat, he astonishingly demonstrated “iron head skills,” taking a running start and diving to headbutt the front of the black minivan with great force. In a short span of time, he repeated this action four to five times, hitting so hard that the minivan shook from the impact. Even after multiple falls to the ground due to the tremendous force, the man did not stop and, after catching his breath, continued with his frenzied behavior.
This sudden outburst of violence left a small child inside the other vehicle deeply frightened, crying uncontrollably on the spot. Other bystanders at the scene were also shocked by his actions, quickly stepping back, and no one dared to intervene.

Reportedly, the “iron head” man later appeared weak due to head injuries and was eventually taken to the hospital by emergency responders who arrived after receiving an alert. Staff at the local Jinmingchi Police Station confirmed they had received a report and stated that they would handle the matter according to the law, but provided no further details.
After footage of the incident spread widely online, it sparked heated discussion. Many netizens criticized the man’s actions as extremely foolish and irresponsible, pointing out that such a minor road dispute in no way warranted such an extreme response. His impulsive behavior not only led to self-injury, but also damaged other’s property and may have left psychological trauma for the frightened child.
Legal professionals noted that if his actions resulted in damage to the other party’s vehicle reaching the statutory threshold, the man might be suspected of intentional destruction of property or provoking trouble, and could face administrative detention or even criminal penalties.
