However, it has recently surfaced that 'GOODBAI' clothing is of poor quality. A netizen purchased a hoodie from the brand and, after sitting in a car, noticed that the letters 'GB' on the back of the hoodie had transferred onto the car seat, leaving the netizen dumbfounded. When customer service was contacted, the response was, 'As long as you wash it correctly, there should be no fading issues.'

A netizen purchased a hoodie from 'GOODBAI' priced at 599 RMB (approximately 351 MYR), with orange 'GB' letters on the back. When driving, the netizen discovered that 'GB' had transferred onto the seat, leaving him very bewildered. On inquiring about the after-sales process with customer service, the response was, 'As long as you wash it correctly, there should be no fading issues. We have received related feedback and are urgently addressing it.' However, the purchaser stated it was his first time wearing the garment, ruling out washing issues, which sparked a heated discussion online. The item was swiftly removed from sale.

In fact, this isn't the first time 'GOODBAI' has faced criticism over the quality of its clothing. Last year, a denim jacket was deemed substandard because of its excessive pH levels, suggesting potential skin allergies. 'GOODBAI' eventually pulled the product from the shelves and recalled it. Yet, a similar issue occurring again this year has led to accusations that the brand is exploiting 'fan economy,' profiting off fans while goodwill continues to diminish.
