In his address at the gathering of Bruneian citizens and residents held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, His Majesty highlighted the role of advanced digital technology as a valuable learning tool.
At the same time, His Majesty advised students to manage their time wisely, use social media and online games in moderation, and prioritize face-to-face interactions as well as outdoor recreational activities outside the online sphere.
The Sultan also encouraged students to maintain close contact with university lecturers and student support staff, stressing the importance of seeking guidance and advice for ensuring their own mental and physical well-being.
