64-year-old Alex To won Best Supporting Actor for his role in "The Goldfinger", and said in an interview that throughout his 40-plus-years career, he has never felt so nervous. He also shared about his interactions with the late Ng Man-tat when filming together in 2003.

Alex To recalled spending two and a half months filming with Ng Man-tat, where they saw each other every day, and he was deeply inspired by Ng Man-tat's sincerity in acting. After filming wrapped, Ng Man-tat gave him a book called "An Actor Prepares," which references theatre master Constantin Stanislavski, whom the movie "King of Comedy" also discussed. After reading the book, Alex To had an epiphany, realizing that before 2003, he didn't truly know what it meant to be an actor, and he felt especially grateful for Ng Man-tat's inspiration.

Alex To also revealed that since 2003, he hasn't acted in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years, and this win for Best Supporting Actor is the first acting award he has ever received in Hong Kong. He now wants to take acting more seriously, "This award has extraordinary meaning for me."
