(Kuala Lumpur, 9th) In the case of the Taiwanese female internet celebrity murder, Namewee's detention extension will expire on Monday (November 10), and the police are expected to apply to the court for a second extension.
Jinma District Police Chief Shazali stated when asked that since the police investigation is not yet complete, it is expected that after Namewee's detention extension expires, an application for a second extension will be submitted to the court in order to complete the investigation work for the case.
He said the application for the extension will take place at the Jinma District police headquarters, just like Namewee's first extension application.
