(Nong Lama, 7th) The Nong Lama Chinese Cemetery Pavilion recently held the Qingming Ancestral Ceremony on April 5th, and selected the 2027 cemetery incense masters after the ceremony.
The selected incense masters for 2027 are: Chief Incense Master Fang Longping, Deputy Incense Masters Hu Zhuangzhong and He Jinxiong.
The Qingming Ancestral Ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from both local residents and those who returned from afar, as everyone gathered to promote and honor the traditional culture of remembering one’s ancestors.
Outgoing cemetery pavilion incense master Shen Jinwu stated that the ancestral ceremony began at 7 AM on the day, with townspeople taking part in the memorial activities together to express their remembrance and respect for their ancestors.
He pointed out that the Qingming Ancestral Ceremony is not only a traditional custom, but also an important manifestation of Chinese culture. He hopes that through such activities, the younger generation will continue to inherit and promote the outstanding Chinese culture.
