(Bandar Seri Begawan, 26th) The new construction project of the Brunei Chinese Charity Association crematorium has made significant progress.
After the conclusion of the Chinese New Year holidays, engineering teams from both Brunei and China promptly commenced intensive work on the blueprint design, and have successfully completed the basic design plans.
This cross-border cooperation project is led by the head of the Brunei engineering team, surveyor Andrew Ku Fong Long. The Brunei team first completed the blueprint design for the civil infrastructure segment, and then swiftly handed it over to the Chinese team for the integration and connection of related blueprints concerning instruments and equipment.
Based on this, both sides proposed multiple design solutions and organized detailed discussions and technical exchanges within the engineering groups.
To ensure efficient progress of the project, the engineering teams from both Brunei and China are closely cooperating, aiming to complete all complex blueprint designs and compile the final proposal in the shortest time possible, which will then be submitted to the relevant government departments to formally apply for approval of the new construction project.
Today, at surveyor Andrew Ku Fong Long's office, Charity Association Secretaries Song Jinghua and Shen Renxiang conducted the final confirmation of the Brunei-side’s design plan, made connection with the Chinese representatives to complete the design handover, and will subsequently select the final solution most suited to the Brunei side’s needs from among the various design options.
The smooth completion of the blueprint design marks a tangible step forward for this new project, laying a solid foundation for the smooth execution of subsequent work.
