SJK(C) Chiaw Nan Holds Graduation and Awards Ceremony: Principal Hii Lim Ing Encourages Students to Be Grateful

MIRI, 14 Jan – SJK(C) Chiaw Nan Miri held its 2024/2025 First Graduation and Awards Ceremony this morning at the school's multipurpose hall, bidding farewell to its Primary 6 graduates and celebrating the outstanding achievements of its top-performing students.

 

In her speech, Principal Hii Lim Ing congratulated the graduates for completing their primary education. She acknowledged that although the Primary 6 students only spent a short three months at SJK(C) Chiaw Nan, they successfully completed their primary school journey, showcasing their efforts and growth.

 

“Though these six years of education have now passed, this period remains deeply significant and unforgettable. Looking back on this journey, you deserve applause for your dedication. I believe parents and teachers alike are immensely proud of your progress,” she said.

 

Hii also congratulated the students who excelled in various fields, commending them for bringing honor to the school and encouraging all students to cultivate a heart of gratitude.

 

She emphasized that students should be thankful to their parents for giving them life and nurturing them, as well as to their teachers for imparting knowledge and offering guidance.

 

She expressed her hope that students will uphold good habits as they journey through life, maintaining a healthy, optimistic, and positive outlook.

 

Additionally, Hii extended her heartfelt gratitude to the school board for its support in enhancing both the school's infrastructure and teaching facilities. She noted that these efforts have significantly improved the quality of education, creating a better learning environment for the students. She also paid tribute to the teachers, recognizing their dedication and selfless contributions as the cornerstone of student growth and school progress.
