Huang Zitao Marries Xu Yiyang in Sanya Today – Wedding Photos Revealed in Advance

Former EXO member Huang Zitao registered his marriage with his own artist Xu Yiyang in December last year. Today (16th), the couple will hold a romantic wedding with the theme “Ocean Star” at Haitang Bay, Sanya. On the eve of the wedding banquet, the newlyweds released luxurious wedding photos. There are two sets of white wedding dresses—one features a satin texture and a floor-length veil for an elegant style.

Another feather gown stands out with a grand trailing skirt, the two turn into a pink couple, changing to a fairytale princess style. Her long braided hair is decorated with many cute hair accessories, and the ballgown is covered with blooming roses made from sheer fabric. The groom, Huang Zitao, wears a pink velvet suit, and the couple leaves their sweet silhouettes in front of a castle. There are also photos of them hugging and sharing passionate kisses. The bride, Xu Yiyang, wore at least five different dresses for the shoot.

It’s said she tried on 12 outfits, including a dreamy light blue mermaid dress and another set with a corset and ballgown skirt that’s full of elegance. Just shooting the wedding photos alone was an extravagant production, with countless shots of them affectionately kissing.

Huang Zitao’s wedding in Sanya will skip the traditional door-barging and greeting ceremonies. Instead, they’ll host a party-style event where guests can freely socialize. He had once stated that he wanted to invite both his and his wife’s fans to the celebration, but later changed to online streaming so all fans could join virtually. The live stream will feature dual perspectives with the groom holding a camera and the bride wearing a mini camera, offering a “newlywed POV” throughout the event. All donations given during the stream will go to charities supporting cancer patients.

They will also release wedding merchandise, including wedding rings engraved with “TY & XY 1016” and Huang Zitao’s father’s favorite orchid motif. For each set sold, part of the proceeds will be donated to a cancer research laboratory.
