Tsao Hsi-Ping's Farewell Ceremony: All Attendees Are 'Ugly Ducks'

Taiwanese star Tsao Hsi-Ping’s farewell ceremony was held at the Huaiai Hall at 10 a.m. on the 27th. On display at the scene were his stage costumes from when he was alive. The mementos given to guests included his signature whistle and his favorite Mai Xiang Red Tea instead of the usual towels. The venue’s design was inspired by Tsao Hsi-Ping’s album September Night Sky, fully showcasing his distinctive personal style.

Many entertainers came to pay their respects. Little S (Hsi-Ti Hsu) also sent a flower basket: “Brother Tsao~ you are not alone; so, so many people will never forget you, your crazy and lovely soul.” In addition, Hsiao Shun Hsu, Hsiu-Hui Yang, and Tsai-Hua Wang also sent flower baskets to express their condolences. When Teng-Hui Huang arrived and saw the projected words, “Ugly ducks! Come in! Beep beep beep,” he couldn’t help but smile and said, “He was always a person radiating positive energy. He definitely wouldn’t want people to cry at the ceremony. If anyone cried there, and if he were there, he would absolutely come over and say, ‘You ugly duck, why are you crying?’”
