(Bandar Seri Begawan, 18th) Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA) held a Hari Raya celebration and outstanding awards ceremony for faculty and staff in the university's auditorium yesterday.
UNISSA's Vice-Chancellor, Dato' Rullahfen, attended the event as the guest of honor, along with other guests including senior officials, academic staff, university faculty, and students.
The event focused on awarding the 2024 Outstanding Staff Awards to 17 winners across seven categories, in recognition of their exceptional contributions in teaching, research, administrative management, and community engagement.
The attendance of the Minister of Education, Datin Romaica, added a festive atmosphere to the celebration. She attended the celebration along with senior ministry officials, diplomatic envoys, and high commissioners, as well as strategic industry partners of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
