(Colombia, 25th) A bus from Armenia University in Colombia lost control and plunged off a bridge during a trip on the 24th, resulting in at least 9 deaths and 7 injuries.
At the time of the accident, there were 3 teachers and 23 students on the bus. Some individuals were thrown off the bridge, falling several meters.
Currently, 7 people are receiving treatment in the hospital. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
The students and professors were on a field trip, originally planning to travel from Tolima to Quindío, but the bus lost control and crashed en route. The bus was carrying 26 passengers.
