The 10 Billion Inheritance All Goes to Bea Hayden—Charles Heung Again Blasts Son: Only Makes Friends with Useless People

Hong Kong film tycoon Charles Heung and his wife Tiffany Chen possess a fortune worth billions. Recently, Charles announced that the couple has reached a consensus and decided all future inheritance will be managed by their eldest daughter-in-law, Bea Hayden. Speaking again of his sons, Charles helplessly noted that neither ever consulted him about the secrets to his success, and harshly criticized his younger son, Jacky Heung: "He only befriends worthless people."

Disappointed in Sons, Laments His Own Failure as a Parent

Charles regards both himself and Tiffany as successful people, but says their two sons have never once asked how they became successful—especially Jacky. "He never asked me, not even once," Charles said, clearly disappointed. "He always wants to start businesses with others, but never discusses it with me. He only listens to his no-good friends," he complained.

Charles candidly admitted that both sons were sent to study in the UK at around 12 or 13, so they rarely saw each other; every time they did, it was just for fun. The couple's busy careers led to little time accompanying their sons, and they never really taught them in earnest. By the time the boys graduated and returned home, their characters were already set. "It was infuriating!" he exclaimed.

Praises Bea Hayden's Humility

Charles also said he does not dare to teach his grandchildren himself now, letting Bea Hayden take charge of their upbringing. He just tells them stories and tries to instill humility in them. He praised Bea Hayden, saying, "Their mother is really wonderful—Bea Hayden is very humble."

In closing, Charles offered some heartfelt advice: "I urge all young people to wise up: If your parents have some level of success and resources, learn how to make use of them. Don’t be like my sons—don’t squander the advantages right in front of you."
