(Kuching, 9th) A local man was detained when police raided an entertainment outlet at Batu Kawa Road on Saturday night (March 7), as he was unable to present a valid entertainment business license.
Kuching Police Chief Alexson stated that a team from the Criminal Investigation Department of Kuching District Police Headquarters launched the raid at around 10:10 pm.
"During inspection, police also seized equipment used in the outlet," he said.
Alexson added that police will continue surveillance and enforcement actions to ensure entertainment operators comply with relevant regulations set by the authorities.
