Park introduced himself on stage saying, “I play two roles in the film,” and shared, “While sitting just now, I was talking about what to say in case I win, but I honestly didn’t expect this so I didn’t prepare at all. I was known as the 'Uncrowned King' as I’ve never won at award shows before. Now that I have this award, I think I might grow attached to awards from here on—I’ll work even harder at acting. I felt that only playing one role couldn't show my full range, so I ambitiously challenged myself with two. Thank you, director, for agreeing to my request.”

Moon Ga-young also took Best Actress for 'Us In The End', beating out strong competitors such as Son Ye-jin from 'Conviction Initiates' and Lee Hye-young from 'Mother’s Killer.' A former child star, this marks her first best actress award in 20 years since debut. She first expressed gratitude to the production team and especially mentioned lead actor Koo Kyo-hwan, “As everyone says, even in unseen moments, we were completing the performance for each other.
