Shishan Lions Club Charity Sale: Uniting Love and Power to Help the Disadvantaged

(Miri, 8th) The Shishan Lions Club successfully held the 2025 Charity Sale yesterday at the Shishan Enlightenment School Multi-purpose Hall under the theme of “Selling with Love, Lions Shining for the Future.” The event attracted enthusiastic participation from the public, who came together to raise funds for the underprivileged in the community, embodying the spirit of “We Serve.”
The charity sale received overwhelming support from people from all walks of life, sponsors, merchants, organizations, the general public, and Lions members. There were food and daily necessities stalls, as well as cultural performances at the venue, providing a platform for joyful gathering. Through spending and participation, love and compassion were transformed into practical support for those in need.
Shishan Lions Club President He Weiqi stated that all funds raised will be used to assist the disadvantaged, including impoverished families, students, and patients in long-term care.
