(Bandar Seri Begawan, 13th) A total of 36 youths from various towns and villages in Tutong District have successfully completed the Information Literacy Program and received their certificates at the closing and award ceremony held in the Information Department auditorium.
The certificates were presented by Acting Director of the Information Department, Dayang Siti Bisminurul Iman binti Awang Encha.
This program was organized in conjunction with the school term holidays and featured diverse content, including visits to Temburong's 'Happiness Centre' and the Department of Community Development under the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports. Participants listened to briefings and toured agricultural, culinary, sewing, and weaving classes within the center, also interacting and exchanging experiences with current trainees.
The trainees also visited Maraburong Prison, where officials explained the history and background of the prison, as well as rehabilitation and reintegration programs for inmates. In addition, they observed demonstrations of caning under civil and Islamic law and visited vocational and skills training workshops.

It aims to cultivate visionary youths with strong character, a love for religion, ethnicity, and country, and a sense of responsibility, to help achieve 'Brunei Vision 2035'.
