(Kuala Lumpur, 19th) The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is calling on the public to help locate a Malaysian man in order to serve him an affidavit and have him attend a property forfeiture hearing at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court next month.
MACC stated in a press release that 41-year-old Mohamad Faizul Kamaruddin is currently being sought by authorities in connection with forfeiture proceedings under Section 41 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Act 694).
According to MACC, Mohamad Faizul is required to appear at the Kuala Lumpur Criminal Sessions Court on August 20, 2026, for the property forfeiture hearing.
MACC said that authorities have made multiple attempts to contact him, including visiting his last registered address — Block B-2-6, Flat Taman Tun Sardon, 11700 Gelugor, Penang — but have so far been unable to locate him.
MACC urges anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mohamad Faizul to contact investigating officer PPs Ahmad Nasharuddin Ab Razak (019-345 4565), or call the MACC Pahang Office at 09-571 6000 to provide information.
