Hsieh Guangfa congratulated the students of the second kindergarten class for successfully completing their kindergarten studies. He recalled how, when the children first started school, they entered the classroom with innocence, curiosity, and a bit of timidity—some even cried. But after three years of enlightenment education, under the careful nurturing and care of teachers and parents, the children have grown into lively, cheerful, brave, confident, innocent, and polite youngsters. They have not only learned to write, draw, calculate, sing, dance, tell stories, and do crafts, but also to pay attention to safety, work together, unite, love one another, and care for others. These moments of growth are the most gratifying, sweetest, and most unforgettable experiences in the hearts of parents.
He pointed out that since Dapu Kindergarten was founded 47 years ago, it has always shouldered the social responsibility of promoting sound education and fully implementing the curricular philosophy of "happy learning and inspiring interest." He also thanked the parents for maintaining and building a good relationship with the school over the years, which has given the kindergarten greater confidence to continuously improve.
In addition, Hsieh Guangfa said that to support working parents in caring for and picking up their children, Dapu Kindergarten actively implements a full-day school arrangement. After children arrive in the morning, teachers carefully look after them until dismissal, assisting with bathing, arranging lunch and nap time, as well as providing homework guidance and game activities in the afternoon. Except for government-designated public holidays, the afternoon classes continue as usual even during other school breaks.
He emphasized that a child’s future is in the hands of adults and firmly believes that with the joint efforts of caring parents, excellent teachers, and social concern, Dapu Kindergarten will continue to develop and become a paradise of wisdom and a cradle for nurturing children's robust growth, adding glory once again to the cause of early childhood education.
