Golden Melody Award-winning singer Wakin Chau, after more than ten years, will be returning to Malaysia on May 30 for a large-scale solo concert, reuniting with longtime fans who have been waiting for years.
On May 30th (Saturday), at 6 pm, Wakin Chau will hold the “Wakin Chau Long Time No See Concert 2026 – Malaysia Stop” at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting. He will use familiar melodies to evoke the audience’s youthful memories. This is not just a performance, but a reunion that transcends time—a promise to once again sing classic songs deep into people’s hearts.
Having debuted for many years, Wakin Chau occupies an important place in the Chinese music scene with his warm and story-laden voice. The many classic songs he has composed and performed have accompanied countless people through the highs and lows of youth, love, and life. This tour’s theme, “Long Time No See,” symbolizes not only a greeting after a long absence, but also an emotional bond refined over many years and a fresh start. At the Malaysia stop, through a carefully crafted setlist and brand-new stage presentation, he will guide the audience through representative works from different periods and let them feel the truest power of music amid familiarity and surprise.
