President Trump arrived in Saudi Arabia on the 13th for a visit.
This is Trump's first visit to the Middle East during his second presidential term. He will subsequently visit Qatar and the UAE. Air Force One was escorted by Saudi fighter jets upon arrival in Riyadh.
Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed greeted Trump on the airport tarmac.
On the same day, Trump will meet with American investors, where he is expected to announce some important agreements, especially regarding artificial intelligence technology and weapons.
The White House stated that this trip marks a "historic return to the Middle East." During the visit, Trump will focus on "strengthening relationships with the Middle East."
Trump is expected to focus on securing significant financial investments for the U.S. and making diplomatic progress on regional issues, including a ceasefire in Gaza and normalization of relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
