JJ Lin Just Confirmed Relationship, Ex-Rumored Girlfriend Accuses Him of Cheating and Gaslighting

Golden Melody Award winner JJ Lin recently made a rare public admission of his relationship with a Guangdong influencer named “Qiqi,” who is 20 years his junior and only 24 years old. He even shared a photo of his girlfriend attending his mother’s 70th birthday celebration. Big-name celebrity friends including Jay Chou and Ashin from Mayday left comments to congratulate them. Unexpectedly, his former rumored girlfriend, Taiwanese livestreamer Mida (Zeng Shengyuan), took to social media to accuse JJ of “cheating,” instantly igniting heated discussions.

Netizens dug up several old photos as evidence of JJ and Mida’s past relationship, pointing to similar patterns such as joining JJ’s mother’s birthday celebrations. As early as 2019, Mida attended JJ’s mother’s birthday and took a group photo, as well as a close-up selfie dated March 22, 2023, taken in Neihu, Taipei. These photos led people to speculate their relationship may have lasted for several years. After JJ announced his relationship, Mida immediately posted six vomiting emojis on social media, bluntly saying, “So sick of players making relationship announcements,” and questioned, “Why are sincere people always the ones who get hurt?”
