(Kuching, 3rd) Sarawak Premier and PBB President Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg will attend the PBB Mukah Division Delegates Conference on August 1, which is expected to see nearly 2,400 party members participating in this grand event.
According to TVS reports, the conference, themed “Jaga Sarawak, Intu Sarawak” (Protect Sarawak, Love Sarawak), was one of the main topics discussed at the first Safety, Health, and Cleanliness Committee meeting held on Thursday (2nd) in Kabong.
The meeting was chaired by Kabong area assemblyman Dato Mohd Chee Kadir and held at the Mukah Divisional Office.
The meeting also coordinated the various preparatory tasks for the conference, including participant management, event flow arrangement, logistics, security deployment, reception of VIPs, and assignment of responsibilities to each working committee.
In addition, the meeting reviewed follow-up actions to ensure all preparations stay on schedule and that the conference proceeds smoothly. It also aims to further strengthen internal party unity and continue promoting Sarawak’s development.
The second preparatory committee meeting is scheduled for July 10 to review the latest progress in conference preparations.
