These new rules comply with the implementation of temporary ceasefire agreements between Iran and the United States, Israel, as well as between Lebanon and Israel.

At the same time, a spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Defense emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz is conditionally open and temporarily open.

The spokesperson said that the Strait of Hormuz is only conditionally open during a ceasefire, and military ships and vessels affiliated with hostile forces are not permitted to pass through. This state of opening is temporary, and once Lebanon is under pressure, the situation will revert to its previous state.
